SENDING DIGITAL FILES

 

Please note the following before sending files:

We prefer resizable (vector) files with all colors in a four color (CMYK) format or with PMS (Pantone) colors noted.  Colors in RGB format have to be converted and there may be some color shifting.

All fonts used in the file should be converted to curves or outlines or included in a separate file sent with the artwork for downloading.

If sending bitmap or jpeg images, (for reference to recreate, or print) the resolution should be a minimum of 72 dpi at the full size of the final image. Smaller resolutions may result in blurry or pixelized images when enlarged.

We can not use files from desktop publishing programs such as Word, PowerPoint, or Publisher for production but they can be sent for reference or quoting purposes.
